Before we arrive
A few simple checks to help delivery and installation run smoothly, and avoid unnecessary charges if items don’t fit or old appliances are still connected.

All deliveries
Clear access for our delivery vehicle

Appliances only
Isolator tap must be easily accessible for plumbed appliances
Old appliances should be disconnected prior to delivery
We will only install plumbed appliances to an existing water supply

Please ensure there is enough clear space for furniture to be assembled and installed


Removal and recycling
Have you arranged removal of old furniture or appliances with us?
We can dispose of items responsibly for recycling
Recycling can be booked as a standalone service, or alongside delivery and installation
Prices typically start from around £10, rising to £25 for sofas, fridges and freezers
Charges to be aware of
There is a £75 charge for a cancelled delivery
Removal fees: £25 (single item) / £50 (2+ items)
